Founded in 1953 by Angelo Margoni,it has come up to now with his son Alberico and for some years with his nephen Emanuele, it has always stood out for the selected quality of his cold cuts, cheese and delicatessen made by artisan Companies in the area, olive oil of the Garda Lake,wines,etc. All these products are appreciated by a demanding and attentive clientele both to the price-quality ratio and to the professionalism and service.
The hightest quality is the philosophy behind our work, so we constantly look for small producers who work fresh Italian raw materials. As far as the meats we want the right balance between sweetness and long aging,we propose high mountain cheeses manufactured only with fresh whole milk, and selected forms of Parmigiano Reggiano with at least 24 months aging, fresh Grana Padano, Pecorino from Sardinia, Fontina from Val d'Aosta,etc. Not to mention olive oil from Garda lake, tuna in olive oil from Sicily, balsamic vinegar of Modena and a selection of wines from the Garda lake and traditional DOC Italian wines.
With the changing needs and with the frenzy of modern times the Delicatessen Saluneria Da Angelo wants to offer to its Italian and foreign Costumers the opportunity to choose its products sitting on the sofa, and having them delivered directly at home within max.6 days.
All our meats/cheeses are cut and immediately vacuum packed,stowed in the refrigerator a few hours and then packed into cartons ready to be shipped, without undergoing changes in colour,smell and flavour. Once delivered to the Costumer they can be placed into the refrigerator and be stored under vacuum even for 2 months, once opened thy must be consumed within 2-3 days.
